Our salespeople are NOT paid a percentage
At most car dealerships, the salespeople are paid a percentage of the profit on the car or truck that you buy. The problem is that this causes them to want you to pay more for your car, while you want to pay less. At Thomas dealerships, since we put our prices on the cars upfront, it makes it easy for us to pay our salespeople not on the price you pay, but instead on the number of cars they sell and their customer satisfaction ratings.
Our customers really like this because it allows their salesperson to be more consultative and to work with them, not against them. Everyone’s goal is to find the right car at the right price that will give the greatest satisfaction.
